If so, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.A growing chemical manufacturing organisation is seeking a Production Chemist to support process development, scale-up activities, and production challenges. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to both RandD and manufacturing, with the opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance.Key Responsibilities: Carrying out small-scale synthesis, reactions, and distillations (up to 20L scale). Supporting and operating larger-scale distillation processes (up to 100L scale). Applying a range of laboratory techniques including separations, crystallisation, and purification methods. Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues across manufacturing. Performing and interpreting analysis using techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, Karl Fischer and titrations. Handling hazardous chemicals safely in various quantities. What You ll Need: BSc, MSc or PhD in Chemistry (with a strong focus on Organic Chemistry). 3 5 years industrial experience, ideally within pilot plant or larger-scale chemical environments.
