The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new product concepts, creating and refining recipes, managing customer samples and supporting product trials from initial concept through to customer approval. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong artisan baking knowledge, an understanding of production techniques and a genuine interest in developing new and innovative products.
