Development and Sales Administrator needed to ensure the successful delivery of new projects and managing defects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to Development and Sales teams, including meeting coordination, record updates, and managing enquiries.
  • Oversee the defects reporting process, liaising with residents, contractors, and project managers.
  • Maintain approved lists of consultants/contractors and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Prepare sales, performance, and satisfaction reports for management.
  • Organise inspections, property sales events, and social media campaigns.
  • Provide aftercare support to new residents and assist with property sales research.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Previous experience within a development team and/or excellent knowledge and understanding of defects.
  • Previous housing experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
