Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate a portfolio of residential development and regeneration projects. Lead development projects from initial feasibility through planning, procurement, construction and handover. Assess potential development sites and opportunities, including planning, technical and commercial considerations. Coordinate planning applications and work with Local Planning Authorities to secure planning permissions. Manage external planning consultants, architects, engineers, development consultants and other professional advisers. Provide advice on planning policy, affordable housing requirements, Section 106 agreements and planning obligations.
