Development and Alumnae Relations Officer
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a leading school to recruit a fantastic Development and Alumnae Relations Officer role. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in cultivating relationships with alumnae and supporting development initiatives to enhance community engagement and fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with alumnae, fostering a vibrant and connected community. Plan and organise events, networking opportunities, and communication campaigns to engage alumnae and stakeholders. Support donation campaigns and fundraising activities, helping to achieve organisational financial goals. Manage communication channels, including newsletters and social media, to promote events and highlight success stories. Collaborate across teams to develop strategies for alumni engagement and development growth. Maintain accurate records of interactions, contributions, and engagement efforts. Person Specification Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in relationship management, fundraising, or community engagement. Proficiency in social media, email marketing, and other digital communication tools. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
