(Note: We value T-shaped engineers - deep expertise in one discipline (backend or frontend) with broad familiarity across the stack is preferred over equal but shallow coverage of both) Core Backend Proficiency: Deep expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem - including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, and ORM frameworks - with a strong focus on building production-grade, enterprise-scale services. Frontend Development: Proficiency in modern front-end technologies including Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, with working knowledge of jQuery and component-based UI architecture. In this role, you''ll make an impact in the following ways: Architecture and Design Leadership: Play a lead role in the design, architecture and implementation of trading, sales, and operations workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering best practices. Trade-Flow Platform Development: Design and build flexible, scalable trade-flow software capable of handling diverse client-side and OMS-side integration patterns and high-throughput scenarios.
