This is an opportunity to work on business-critical applications, automations, reporting solutions and system integrations while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.  The Role:  You will support the rollout and enhancement of a new practice management and financial platform, delivering technical solutions that improve workflows, document management, data collection and reporting. Responsibilities will include:  - Developing bespoke automations and interactive web applications. - Enhancing workflows, forms and business processes through requirements gathering, testing and deployment. - Designing and implementing solutions to meet business requirements. - Supporting system upgrades, releases and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Producing user documentation, release notes and best-practice guides. - Investigating issues, resolving bugs and supporting ongoing system improvements.
