Development Management - Team Leader South West £55-65p/h Initial 6-month contract Job Ref - 69248 Provide visible, accessible and supportive day-to-day leadership of the Development Management team. Hold effective one-to-ones, caseload reviews and performance discussions. Support individual officers to manage workloads, priorities and application timescales effectively. Maintain oversight of team capacity, workloads, performance pressures and operational risks, escalating issues where necessary. Provide professional guidance and act as an escalation point for complex, sensitive or high-risk planning cases. Provide additional leadership capacity to the Head of Planning Services, including assistance with staffing, performance and operational matters. Role Specific Hybrid 37 hours per week Hourly rate - approx. £65 per hour Local Authority experience.
