This is a fully office-based opportunity with our client, offering the chance to play a vital role in resident engagement, communication and case progression within a secure operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Detention Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face resident engagements, including inductions and assessments, while ensuring clear communication regarding processes, expectations, and available options. The Detention Engagement Officer will manage a portfolio of residents, provide case updates, accurately record interactions on internal systems, and work closely with suppliers and stakeholders.
