Despatch Team Leader

Our client based in East Harling is looking for a Despatch Team Leader to join their busy team. Working Monday to Friday from (Apply online only), you will be required to: Lead and manage the despatch team Carry out daily and weekly meetings to communicate team objectives Liaise with other departments to achieve overall company goals Maintain 5S standards to enhance efficiency and productivity Conduct final quality checks and regular spot checks to ensure all products meet quality standards Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to and promote a culture of safety and compliance within the despatch team This position is offered on a temporary basis and could become permanent for the right candidate, you will therefore need to be available to start work immediately.
