You''ll ensure customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched in full and on time, while maintaining high standards. Working closely with other departments, you''ll lead by example, support continuous improvement and help deliver excellent service to our customers. A Shift: 6am to finish Week 1: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and manage the day-to-day performance of the despatch team against departmental KPIs. Ensure all customer orders are dispatched on time, in full and to the required quality standards. Maintain stock rotation procedures to minimise errors, waste and stock splits. Ensure all pre-use inspections are completed on trailers and material handling equipment (MHE), reporting any defects immediately. Escalate any potential delays, shortages or operational issues promptly, identifying root causes and supporting solutions. Complete all despatch paperwork accurately and ensure systems are used correctly. Investigate stock and system discrepancies, identifying improvements to prevent repeat issues.
