Dispatch Team LeadLocation: Marlow Pay Rate: £32,000 - £36,000 5% Bonus Job Type: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8:00am 4:30pm, 12:30pm finish on Friday) This is a great opportunity for a Dispatch Team Lead to join a leading aerospace manufacturing environment on a permanent basis, supporting the accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders worldwide.The role of Dispatch Team Lead will include:Coordinating daily dispatch activities to ensure products are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate shipping information within the ERP system.Acting as the primary point of contact for post-order customer communications, providing delivery updates and shipment tracking information. Preparing and verifying dispatch documentation including dispatch notes, commercial invoices, waybills, Certificates of Conformity (CoC), Certificates of Origin (CoO), ATR certificates, and customer-specific documentation. Liaising with Trade Compliance, freight providers, and couriers to ensure successful domestic and international shipments.Managing customer-specific packaging, labelling, and shipping requirements. Maintaining accurate dispatch records and supporting document traceability requirements.Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with workload planning and prioritisation activities.
