Despatch Supervisor - NIGHT SHIFT 12 hour shifts, 4 On 4 Off 6pm - 6am Competitive Salary The role To lead, manage and develop your team to work safely, effective and efficiently to service our customer with the best possible product. To follow and develop processes to ensure our customers receive the correct product on time and in full. To drive a culture of continuous improvement; empowering your team to improve performance, increase and maintain quality, reduce waste and delivery your departments KPIs. To communicate effectively to both your team and your stakeholders, including Hygiene, Technical, Engineering, Stores, Production, Finishing, Drivers. The main responsibilities include: Technical Rotating stock to ensure stock is available for the outbound team Labelling stocks with correct information Visually check products are produced to specification when receipting stock. Ensure GMP standards are met, and warehouse is always audit ready. Take an active role throughout audits and high-profile visits. Team Leadership, Management and Development To communicate with your shift manager, production, and finishing. Fit for purpose processes which are reviewed regularly and updated as required. To keep training matrix up to date and audit ready. To liaise with agency suppliers and feedback on performance To minimise waste Lead and develop your team of Inbound Warehouse Operatives Ensure all communication is delivered accurately and timely HR/ People tasks such as ..... full job details .....
