Despatch Operative Skills, Experience, and education required: Experience working within a Warehouse environment Valid FLT license Experience using voice and headset equipment Experience within despatch. Despatch Operative Key Responsibilities and Duties: Picking / Packing within the despatch operative Using voice and headset equipment Heavy lifting / Manual handling Loading and unloading Shrink wrapping pallets Driving FLT (full training provided) Monday to Saturday the overtime rate is time and a half, and Sundays are paid at double time.
