This role is offered on a contract basis and on completion of the initial 12 weeks of training, permanent employment is guaranteed. The successful candidate will work a minimum of 40 hours each week, with overtime available. The standard working hours on this shift are 7 am to 3:30 pm from Monday to Friday each week. You will start work on an hourly pay rate of -12.93-p/h, which will rise on completion of training. Overtime is paid at -19.40-p/h after 40 hours, increasing to -25.86-p/h after 50 hours. Payments are made weekly by BACS and on a PAYE basis, which includes holiday pay and pension contribution. Further benefits on completion of 12 weeks include a back pay rebate, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, uniform and safety boots provided, death in service benefit and a 1% annual attendance bonus.
