Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Despatch Operative to join a busy logistics team. The Role As a Despatch Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring  products are loaded, unloaded, handled, and dispatched safely and efficiently. This is a physically active role within a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading glass products from delivery vehicles safely and securely Checking goods against delivery notes and despatch paperwork Inspecting products for damage before loading Securing loads correctly to prevent movement during transport Handling and disposing of spillages safely and in line with company procedures Maintaining a clean and safe working environment within the despatch area Assisting with stock movement and warehouse organisation Completing relevant documentation accurately Following all health and safety policies, particularly when handling glass materials Supporting other departments as required What We’re Looking For Essential - P...
