Warehouse Operative - Despatch Loaders (All Shifts)

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to be trained as Despatch Loaders in the Despatch Department at our Dunstable DC.

Core Accountabilities

• Checking of Recaps
• Loading vehicles
• Liaising with other departments and Operational Team Leaders
• Providing support to Operational Team Leaders to ensure smooth running of department
• Ensuring all vehicles are loaded to as Company procedure

Skills Required

• Basic computer skills relating to Gun Scanners
• Good communicative skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently
• Able to work on own initiative
• Able to support Assembly as and when required
• Good mathematical skills

Details of the Role

AM and PM Shifts

• First 12 weeks- -12.40 plus OT at -16.12 p/hr
• After 12 weeks- -12.53 plus OT at -16.29 p/hr plus Sunday and bank holiday premium at -18.80 p/hr
• Working hours 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00

Night Shift

• First 12 weeks- -13.64 plus OT at -17.73 p/hr
• After 12 weeks- -15.16 plus OT at -19.71 p/hr plus Sunday and bank holiday premium at -22.74 p/hr
• Working hours 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00
