Despatch Coordinator / Supervisor required Elland (HX5)Pay: £14.98 for first 12 weeks then £15.98 per hour from the 13th week.Hours of Work 48 hours per weekMonday to Thursday6:00pm 6:00amProman are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Despatch Co-ordinator / Supervisor for night shifts (6pm to 6am).Reporting to the Despatch Manager and Supervisor, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of all despatch activities, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.Key Responsibilities Scanning completed pallets and preparing loads for customer dispatchCoordinating and prioritising orders from the outstanding orders listMonitoring despatch schedules to ensure operational efficiencySupporting the Despatch Manager and Supervisor with daily operational tasksOperating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficientlyMaintaining high standards of health and safety within the despatch areaAssisting with stock movement and general warehouse organisation The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a despatch, warehouse coordination, or supervisory roleValid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential)Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesFlexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to workGood attention to detail and accuracy when processing ordersKnowledge of similar manufacturing products is advantageous, although training ..... full job details .....
