What you''ll be doingCoordinate and schedule daily despatch activity to meet delivery deadlinesBuild and manage despatch plans to keep transport and shipments running efficientlyVerify outgoing shipments against customer orders and documentationEnsure items are correctly labelled, packaged and meet quality standards before leaving siteLiaise with customers, carriers and internal teams to confirm delivery requirements and resolve queriesProvide clear updates to stakeholders on ETAs, delays and any issuesPrepare and process despatch paperwork (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.)Ensure shipments meet legal, safety and regulatory requirements (including international where applicable)Work closely with warehouse teams to allocate stock and support stock control for despatchMonitor and report discrepancies, shortages or damage to inventory/shipments What we''re looking forProven inbound/despatch experience within a warehouse or ..... full job details .....
