Desktop Support Engineer

This position will be supporting and enhancing the office infrastructure and office desktop support. Salary - 35,340 plus great benefits including an enhanced pension and more.Hybrid working after trainingSome of the duties will include:Building both Windows machines and MacsTroubleshooting user issues on Windows and MacsSupport MS Office products Creating, managing and deleting user accounts across all systems as required using Active Directory and 3rd party systems such as Salesforce and NetSuiteProviding printer support Providing email support to usersDesktop and laptop builds and patching Setting VPN access and troubleshooting issues experienced by existing VPN usersSupporting the office WiFi and office network Providing support with mobile phones including Android and iOS Tracking the work through the ticketing system The suitable candidate:Previous experience within a similar position with 2 years experienceGood communication skills on all levelsA great team playerAbility to work on own initiative Can do attitudeMust be local to Watford to be able to commute to the office Looking for the next step in your career?
