This role is to work for the MSP, it is 100% office based on their clients site, Mon - Fri 9-5:30. You will do all the 1st line support, including deal with any hardware related issues and escalate more in-depth faults to the remote 2nd, 3rd line support teams. Applicants for this role must have a customer facing attitude and be confrontable and enjoy doing face to face IT support. Technically it''s a MS Office, Windows environment.
