This is a highly visible role where your technical expertise and customer-focused mindset will have a real impact.Job Title: Desktop Support EngineerLocation: SunderlandWorking arrangement: 5 days on-site per weekSalary: Up to £35,000 Key responsibilities include: Providing first-line and second-line support across the end-user technology environment Supporting inductions, onboarding, and training for new joiners Configuring, deploying, and maintaining laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Managing assets and ensuring devices are secure, up to date, and ready for use Supporting meetings, webinars, and meeting room technology Maintaining documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles Participating in IT drop-in days and an out-of-hours support rota Assisting with network testing, patching, cabling, and office IT management Learning and supporting innovative technologies as the business evolves Occasional travel to other offices (once or twice per month) Essential experience and skills: Proven experience delivering excellent end-user support Strong knowledge of Windows device build, support, ..... full job details .....
