Key Responsibilities:    Provide exceptional technical support to end users, addressing issues related to desktops, laptops, and corporate mobile devices (including iPhones, Android phones, and iPads).  Utilise ITSM tools to manage service requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.  Deploy and manage software applications using SCCM, ensuring that all systems are up to date and functioning optimally.
