Description

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist users with technical queries and resolve them promptly.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop systems and applications.
• Monitor and manage IT equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with the technology team for system upgrades and improvements.
• Document and update technical support procedures.
• Ensure security protocols are followed on all devices.
• Support remote users with connectivity and access issues.

Profile

A successful Desktop Support Analyst should have:

• Experience in using Microsoft Defender
• Knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with IT security practices.
• Can commute to W. Bridgford
