Desktop Support Engineer (Mac Focused)Location: London 5 days onsite Contract: 3 months IR35: Inside IR35 Start: ASAPWe are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with a strong Mac focus to join our customer''s IT team in London on an initial 3-month contract.This is a great opportunity for a technically capable Desktop Support Engineer who has a good foundation in IT support, strong Mac experience and, importantly, excellent people skills.The RoleYou will provide day-to-day desktop support to approximately 150 users, acting as a key point of contact for IT support within the London office.Technical EnvironmentThe customer operates a predominantly Apple environment: 90% Mac / 10% WindowsmacOS and Apple hardwareMicrosoft Entra ID desirableCisco desirableIT ticketing/service management systemsUser access managementHardware provisioning and support The role will include: Providing day-to-day desktop support, with a strong focus on Mac/macOSManaging and resolving tickets through the IT ticketing systemProviding face-to-face and walk-up supportManaging user access and permissionsSetting up new users and equipmentSupporting onboarding and offboardingPreparing, configuring and troubleshooting laptops and other hardwareDealing with general IT requests and user issuesTroubleshooting Mac and Windows devicesMaintaining accurate ticket updates and documentationProviding a friendly, professional and responsive service to usersSupporting senior stakeholders and VIP users when ..... full job details .....
