Deskside Technician - Onsite in Maidenhead- 40,000 - 45,000 A Global Infrastructure Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Deskside Technician to be based onsite in Maidenhead Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Non-Warranty Hardware RepairWarranty Repair and ManagementPC lifecycle and Asset Management for Serialised DevicesInstallations, moves, and changes for Serialised DevicesDeskside Software SupportSmart Hands SupportVIP SupportConferencing SupportEvent Support Required Skills: Previous PC hardware/software, network and print support experience. Previous VIP support experience Ideally have ServiceNow Ticketing system or have used a similar system. Must be detail-oriented, able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient, accurate manner within deadlines. Demonstrate strong customer service skills - as well as the ability to communicate professionally with a sense of urgency and empathy to the affected user. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload, someone who is energised by helping people and making things happen.
