In this hands-on role, you''ll be the first point of contact for all IT issues, providing comprehensive technical support to end-users across sites nationwide. You''ll be a key player in ensuring all IT systems are running smoothly and staff can work efficiently.In this role, you will be responsible for:Providing hands-on and remote support for Windows 11 and other operating systems.Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues for a wide range of devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.Managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365.Delivering IT support for financial applications.Providing effective support to users located nationwide.The successful candidate should have experience with Windows: Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11, and other operating systems.Hardware and Software: Proficient support for laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.Telephony and Mobile Devices: Extensive experience with IP telephony and mobile device management.System Administration: Hands-on experience with Active Directory and a solid understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop.
