Deskside Support Engineer Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 Location: Manchester (Onsite)We''re seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to join an onsite IT team, providing hands-on support to end users and resolving technical issues that cannot be solved remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and user issues.Build, image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.Support hardware refreshes, device rollouts, and new starter setups.Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, and user administration.Troubleshoot printers, AV equipment, meeting room technology, and basic network issues.Update and manage tickets through the ITSM system, ensuring excellent communication with users.Support endpoint security tools including Microsoft Defender, antivirus, and device encryption.Essential SkillsExperience in Deskside, Desktop, or 2nd Line Support.Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.Experience with device builds, imaging, deployment, and hardware support.Active Directory administration experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, antivirus, and endpoint security.Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.Excellent customer service and communication skills.ECS Resource Group are an Equal Opportunity Employer, for more information please click the following link: (url removed) In accordance ..... full job details .....
