Deskside Engineer

A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical assistance across the organization. This position will involve handling all aspects of end-user computing, from hardware and software troubleshooting to user account management and application support, ensuring seamless operations for employees nationwide.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience providing technical support for Windows 11 environments.

• Hands-on hardware support experience, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Strong skills in Active Directory for user account management and support.

• Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

• Experience providing dedicated support for financial applications.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective remote support to users nationwide.
