This opportunity would suit someone who has worked within smaller organisations and enjoys a hands-on, varied support role across both office-based and remote users.Key Requirements:Strong background in Microsoft 365 / O365 administrationSolid knowledge of Active Directory and User Lifecycle ManagementComfortable supporting Windows Server environmentsConfident across Windows 11 and macOS user supportHands-on with 1st to 2nd line support for endpoints and usersFamiliar with basic Networking and Security troubleshootingExpertise in Microsoft Intune, including Device Management and Policy ConfigurationProven track record supporting remote and distributed teamsExposure to SME / smaller business environmentsHappy to work on-site and provide face-to-face support when requiredNice to HaveWorking knowledge of SharePointImmediate availabilityHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
