Desktop Support Analyst Salary: £28,000-£34,000 Nottingham Permanent Full-time We''re recruiting a Desktop Support Analyst to join an established internal IT team, providing technical support across a multi-site organisation. This is a broader role than traditional first-line support. Alongside resolving desktop, hardware and software issues, you''ll get hands-on involvement in IT security, vulnerability remediation, device management and application deployment. A key part of the role will be working with Microsoft Defender, so we''re looking for someone who has practical experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities rather than simply escalating them. Experience with Microsoft Intune and application packaging would also be particularly useful.
