Desk-Based Account Manager

Sudlows work throughout the UK and have a growing portfolio of clients globally. We have over 200 staff and have achieved recent growth with ongoing expansion plans. The successful candidate will be a valued member of one of our most successful departments. We are currently looking to grow our business and this position will be based from head office in Manchester and is a key role within the sales and business development team. Role Purpose Sudlows is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Desk-Based Account Manager to join our Sales and Commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing an allocated portfolio of customers, building strong long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability across existing accounts. Working closely with our Sales, Technical, Estimating and Operations teams, the Account Manager will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring opportunities are effectively managed from initial enquiry through to order and supporting the continued development of the customer relationship.
