Designer - Roofing, Cladding and Rainscreen FaçadesSalary: £40,000 £50,000 + Annual Bonus Location: Paddock Wood, Kent Full-TimeThe company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Designer to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor based in Paddock Wood, Kent.The business operates across two specialist divisions under one roof. Industrial Roofing and Cladding and Rainscreen Façades delivering both refurbishment and new-build projects across the UK.With a turnover of approximately £10m £15m, the company delivers projects ranging from £10k to several million pounds across roofing and cladding, while its rainscreen façade division undertakes projects typically ranging from £250k to £8m.The RoleOnce a project has been secured, you''ll take ownership of the design process from start to finish, ensuring the project is fully designed, coordinated and ready for delivery.Working closely with the Design Manager, who has been with the business for 17 years, alongside the wider design and project teams, you''ll be responsible for developing practical and technically accurate design solutions.Your responsibilities will include: Producing detailed drawings for roofing, cladding and/or rainscreen façade projects.Developing elevations, sections, junction details and setting-out information.Reviewing project information and identifying design requirements and interfaces.Carrying out site surveys where required.Coordinating with project teams, consultants and ..... full job details .....
