Key Responsibilities Produce detailed roofing and cladding design drawings from concept through to construction stageDevelop technical design solutions for a range of façade, roofing, and external envelope systemsWork closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design coordination and buildabilityLiaise with architects, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical queriesEnsure all designs comply with current UK building regulations and industry standardsAssist with material selection and system specification for roofing and cladding packagesSupport value engineering and design optimisation initiativesParticipate in design coordination meetings and project reviewsMaintain accurate revision control and technical documentation throughout project lifecycle Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in roofing and cladding design within the construction or ..... full job details .....
