The company is based in Chesterfield and prides itself on fostering a professional and supportive work environmentDescription Support the Senior Designer in creating apparel collections from concept to completion. Mentor and support Junior Designers. Creation of detailed design packs and other materials to aid in smooth handover to the Development Team. Attend fittings with the Senior Designer and collaborate closely with the Development Team to ensure design integrity from initial concept through to finished product. Maintain key documents such as collection overviews, performance reviews and sourcing packs in coordination with the Junior Designer. Work with the Senior Designers to ensure the global calendar is followed and deadlines are met.
