Job Title: Freelance Designer - Kitchens, Bathrooms & Wardrobes

Location: Marylebone, London - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days working from home)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance Designer with a minimum of 5 years'' experience in joinery, specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes. Working as part of a small design team of 4, you will support ongoing projects and contribute to delivering high-quality, client-focused designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed design drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD.

• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into bespoke designs.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project deadlines.

• Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.

• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to source appropriate materials and finishes.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the team where needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a design role within the joinery or interior fit-out sector.

• Strong portfolio showcasing kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe design projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and practicality.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.

Contract Details:

• Freelance / contract position.

• Hybrid working - 3 days in Marylebone office, 2 days from home.

• Competitive day rate (dependent on experience).

• Ongoing / project-based work.
