      <description>Location: City | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | This job is all about working with the local third and public sector to engage with local people to create change. To make this happen, the role has three key bits to it:  listening to what local people want (gathering the insights); building a vision for a ''better way of doing things'' (planning to make change); and getting stuck into supporting our clients and wider team to make things happen (doing the stuff we''ve planned).
