      <description>Location: Chipping Sodbury | Salary: &amp;pound;33500 - &amp;pound;35000/annum Term time only; 7 hours per day | Type: Permanent | This role will join our Safeguarding team at SW ALP &amp; Mentoring as one of our DSL''s and is an opportunity in an alternative learning environment for a skilled professional who can support our most vulnerable young people.  The role is term time only, 8:30-3:30, 3 days per week and does not require working outside of these hours! Salary will be pro-rata and there will be opportunities to work additional days if requested.  You will report to our Head of Safeguarding and be part of a team of professionals working together to promote and ensure the safety of the young people in our care through a range of interventions.  This role requires a combination of skills to support our learners in all their activities through providing a high level of safeguarding care and reporting and management skills.
