About the School Our client''s school provides a structured, supportive environment for students aged 11-17 who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion due to behavioural challenges.The school re-engages learners through a personalised academic and vocational curriculum, underpinned by strong relationships and consistent pastoral care. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of safeguarding and child protection in the schoolOffer exceptional pastoral support to pupilsMonitor and report on safeguarding trends to senior leadershipMaintain robust safeguarding records and proceduresLiaise with external agencies and build strong community linksSupport behaviour strategies in collaboration with the wider teamContribute to whole-school improvement and a positive school culture RequirementsProven experience in a safeguarding role, ideally in a SEND or SEMH settingA recognised DSL qualification (or willingness to work towards it)Minimum 2 ..... full job details .....
