As a Designate Site Operations Manager, your role is to support the Site Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the site, where you will train and develop your skills to gain the experience needed to reach the next step in your career as a Site Operations Manager.What you will be doing as a Designate Site Operations Manager

Deputise in the Site Operations Manager''s absence for all operational requirements on siteCreate a winning culture by transforming customer service and ensuring customers are at the heart of all decision makingTake ownership for the Site Management Team recruitmentLead your department teams to achieve and deliver excellent brand standards and customer serviceEnsure compliance with Moto and brand standards by your department managers and escalate any issues to your Region ManagerEnsure all Moto standards, health and safety and food safety legislative checks are completed at your site and escalated to the appropriate Central Support departmentsManage and achieve stock holding within company targets within the departmentsDrive and achieve departmental sales targetsAnalyse and act upon financial/performance data to ensure each unit runs efficiently and profitably by ensuring basic cost controls are in placeThe Skills And Knowledge You’ll Need

A proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume, retail, or catering brand environmentExperience delivering against budgets, PandL, labour costs and ratios, and cost-saving initiativesAbility to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholdersExperience motivating and improving team performance with mentoring, training, and succession planningAbility to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer our Designate Site Operations Managers
