The RoleAt Laine, we dont just hire for today, were building the leaders of tomorrow. This role is designed as your springboard into full Operations Management, giving you the tools, experience, and support to grow into the next big step in your career.Youll work side by side with our lively Ops team, get stuck into supporting our Managing Partners, and learn what it takes to run a diverse portfolio of pubs. Along the way, youll sharpen your commercial edge, build rock-solid partnerships, and discover how to ignite culture, community, and guest experiences across multiple sites.Think of it as an Ops apprenticeship with serious bite: well back you, challenge you, and give you everything you need to make the leap into an Operations Manager role.What
Youll
Be DoingSupporting and coaching Managing Partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial results.
Enhancing operational support across multiple pubs
no two days will look the same.
Working with the Ops team to review performance,
identify
opportunities, and tackle challenges with energy and creativity.
Partnering on recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to strengthen our teams and talent pipeline.
Collaborating across Marketing, Property, and LandD to ensure pubs have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed
.
Ensure consistently
high standards
of customer experience, food and drink quality, compliance, and team training across all sites.

About YouYouve
got multi-site experience (hospitality
, ideally pubs
) and love being out in the field.
Youre
commercially sharp
comfortable with PandL, KPIs, and spotting growth opportunities.
