Design and Technology Teacher - SEMH Specialist SettingFull Time September Start Temp to Perm Opportunity£200+ per day Via Agency initiallyAre you a passionate Design and Technology Teacher looking for a role where you can make a real difference?We are currently recruiting for a full-time Design Technology Teacher to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) setting from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and resilient teacher who enjoys practical learning and wants to support young people who may have experienced barriers within mainstream education.The role will initially begin through agency, with a view to becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.The setting supports pupils with SEMH needs and provides a nurturing, structured environment where relationships, confidence-building and engagement are at the heart of learning.The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering engaging Design and Technology lessons, helping students develop practical skills, creativity and confidence through hands-on learning.You will:Teach Design and Technology across KS3/KS4 (experience with practical subjects such as Construction, Product Design, Resistant Materials or similar is desirable)Plan and deliver accessible, engaging lessons tailored to individual needsBuild positive relationships with pupils and support their emotional and academic developmentCreate a safe, inclusive and encouraging workshop environmentWork collaboratively with ..... full job details .....
