We need to ensure that the clients mobile customers have great service , we need to achieve this on time, within budgets and following the latest technology roadmaps and industry standards.Your accountabilities:Accountable for developing site specific RAN solutions, following RAN Design Guidelines and BT processes , for individual venues such as stadiums , tunnels and other buildingsIdentify appropriate DAS technology and transmission requirements for each venue considering capacity demand, cost, reliability ( including Gateway Neutral Host NHIB solutions and Femto products).Ensure that all venue specific designs are from the approved product list ( BT NPI )Specify RAN indoor and outdoor solutions in a timely manner to meet agreed customer requirements for 4G/5G services at licensed/unlicensed frequency bands as applicable.
