Conduct generative and evaluative research to uncover customer insights, solve problems, and identify new opportunities. Deliver impactful research findings that synthesise qualitative and quantitative data, guiding product development and stakeholder engagement. Foster collaboration and influence across teams, ensuring research is a team sport that drives consensus and action. Engage in varied research methodologies, including usability testing, concept testing, ethnographic studies, and accessibility research.
