Key Responsibilities: Conduct both generative and evaluative research to gather insights into user needs, behaviours, and pain points.Lead research practise within a multi-disciplinary team, setting clear strategies and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.Foster strong collaboration across teams, engaging stakeholders to ensure research is recognised as a collective effort.Influence decision-making by presenting research findings and recommendations in a compelling manner.Work closely with stakeholders, balancing diverse opinions to guide research direction and priorities.Leverage your experience across various sectors, particularly in financial services, to inform best practises and methodologies.
