Job Title: Design Requirements LeadLocation: Warwick 1-2 days on siteContract Type: 6 months - possibility for extension Purpose of the RoleThe Design Requirements Lead will lead the definition, documentation and management of business benefits, occupant/user requirements and operational needs for the design and construction of a new facility.This role ensures that organisational requirements, scope, operational needs and constraints are clearly defined, owned and controlled throughout the design process. The role acts as the key interface between internal stakeholders and the external design team to ensure all parties remain aligned to a single, efficient design baseline.
