Design Project Manager

Role: Design Project ManagerLocation: Northern EuropeThe OpportunityWe are supporting a leading contractor delivering large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe. Due to continued growth across several live programmes, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Design Project Manager to take ownership of multidisciplinary design delivery on a major project. Working closely with project teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors, the successful individual will be responsible for driving design coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP disciplines, ensuring information is delivered in line with programme requirements and construction objectives. This position sits at the intersection of design, construction and project delivery, making it well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams rather than operating solely within a design office environment.Key ResponsibilitieTake ownership of multidisciplinary design delivery, ensuring design information is coordinated, issued and managed in line with project requirements.Act as the central point of coordination between consultants, specialist subcontractors and project teams throughout the design lifecycle.Drive design programme performance, ensuring key deliverables are achieved in line with construction milestones and overall project objectives.Lead technical reviews and design coordination activities across CSA and MEP disciplines, resolving interface ..... full job details .....
