Job Title: Design Project Manager Location: Newtownards Area Pay Rate: £19.32 Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm) Duration: Full-Time, Temporary Application Deadline: 5pm 3rd July Role Overview An opportunity has arisen for a Design Project Manager (APD) to support the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes within a regional project delivery team. This temporary role will involve assisting in the coordination and execution of maintenance projects to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Support the Senior Project Manager in managing regional planned maintenance programmes Assist in coordinating cyclical and planned works across a portfolio of properties Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance against targets Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery Contribute to reporting, documentation, and programme tracking Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards Essential Criteria 1-5 years'' relevant experience in construction, maintenance, or project delivery Good working knowledge of project coordination or construction processes Intermediate IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office and project tracking systems) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Additional Requirements Basic Access NI check required Willingness to work within a structured public-sector environment Commitment ..... full job details .....
