The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar construction role and have Top Tier or Mid tier, consultancy or main contractor Project experience and ideally high rise BSR exposure (Building Safety Act). This is an opportunity to work within our Client''s Design and Pre Construction Team progressing working on a framework of refurbishment and life cycle works within existing Housing Association stock for a major local authority. As Design Manager you will have strong process driven experience, and take responsibility for: Managing the construction programming through the cycle of the build and be able to understand the construction sequence and techniques employed. Programme control and the co-ordination of trades and the ability to adapt this where required.
