      <description>Location: Exeter | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, pen | Type: Permanent | Design Manager / Design Leader / Lead Design Engineer required to join a global, leading engineering manufacturer.   The successful Design Manager / Design Leader / Lead Design Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of Design Engineers, Workshop Manager and Technical Engineers, overseeing the full design lifecycle from concept development through to production, testing, and final product delivery. Full product training will be provided.   The Design Manager / Design Leader / Lead Design Engineer will ideally have mechanical design experience within Hydraulics, Cylinders, Pumps, Valves, Actuators or associated Fluid Power systems with knowledge on Solidworks or CAD. This role would also suit an experienced Hydraulic Design Engineer looking to step into a management position.
